We use a fairly simple process - it's called,
A Bubble Diagram
A "BUBBLE DIAGRAM" identifies the rooms in the home and where their location is with respect to one another.

At this point the rooms have been drawn to an actual size with "CAD" software. Now your home is developed in 3D modeling.
